Man arrested on warrant in criminal sexual assault case

On Aug. 8, the following were arrested for Ogle County Outstanding warrants:
Arturo Lopez-Lopez, 41, of Rochelle, for criminal sexual assault/force. Lopez-Lopez was given a bond of $5,000/10 percent. Lopez-Lopez was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 9.
Cody Suter, 28, of Oregon, for failure to appear. Suter has a bond of $1,615.05. Suter was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 9.
Jeffrey Plantz, 20, of Mt. Morris, for failure to appear. Plantz has a bond of $441. Plantz was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 9.

On Aug. 9 the following were arrested for Ogle County Outstanding warrant:
Dustin A. Brehm, 29, of Oregon, for revoked FOID card. Brehm was given a bond of $3,000. Brehm received a recognizance bond of $3,000. Brehm was released from the Ogle County jail. He will return to court on Aug. 24.
David W. Byerley, 49, for firearm without valid FOID card. Byerley had a bond of $10,000/10 percent. Byerley did post bond and was released from the Ogle County Jail.
David A. Pedersen, 48, of Fulton, for failure to appear. Pedersen has a $968 bond. Pedersen did not post bond and will remain in the Ogle County Jail. He was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 10.
Phillip K. Rogers, 34, of Rockford, for failure to appear. Rogers has a $427 bond. Rogers did not post bond and will remain in the Ogle County Jail. He was scheduled to appear in court Aug. 10.
On Aug. 10, Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tanessha Gates, 26, of Rockford, for driving while license suspended. Gates was arrested by deputies on I-39 near IL Route 64 after being stopped for a registration violation. Gates was held in lieu of bond at the jail.
On Aug. 10 at approximately 1 a.m., deputies responded to a residence in rural Forreston for the report of a suspicious person. After a short investigation, Christopher Boyd, 29, of Taylor Ridge, was arrested for disorderly conduct. Boyd was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
