On Jan. 1 at 12:01 a.m., Rochelle police cited Eduardo Ortega-Rios, 20, of Rochelle, for expired registration and no insurance. He posted a promise to comply.
On Jan. 1 at 11:25 p.m., Rochelle police cited Larry West, 77, of West Chester, Ohio, for disobeying a traffic control device. He was given a notice to appear.
On Jan. 2 at 8:35 a.m., Rochelle police arrested a 17-year-old male, of Rochelle, for a DeKalb County warrant. He was transported to jail.
