ROCHELLE — Hugh and Ann McDermitt will celebrate 65 years of marriage on Dec. 20.
Hugh Alvin McDermitt and Margaret Anna Martinson were united in marriage on Dec. 20, 1953, at the Kemp Methodist Church in Tipton, Indiana. They have three daughters, Dianna (Juan) Roman, Brenda Hart, and Donna (Reid) Elliot; 13 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
The McDermitts will celebrate with immediate family after the holidays.
