For almost 20 years the Rochelle Moose has been making monetary and in-kind donations to R.A.C.E.S. (Rochelle Area Community Emergency Services). Governor Jason Zies of the Rochelle Moose Lodge recently presented Pete Pascua with a check from the Lodge. Pascua is co-founder and executive director of R.A.C.E.S.
