On Dec. 18, Remal Walker, 28, of Rockford, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. Walker appeared in court and was given a full cash bond of $1,338. Walker was released after posting bond was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 29.
