OREGON — On March 29 at 7:07 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop at Illinois Route 38 and Interstate 39. After a brief investigation, deputies arrested Haiyang Zhang, 29, of Chicago for driving without a valid license. Zhang was released on a $2,500 individual bond with a return court date. Zhang was also issued a citation for suspended registration.

On March 29 at 4:35 p.m. deputies were dispatched to the 8,000 block of North River Drive for a domestic disturbance. As a result, Jonathan M. Keegan, 27, of Schaumburg was arrested for violation of order of protection. Keegan was transported to the Ogle County Jail pending an appearance before a judge. Deputies were assisted on scene by the Byron Police Department.

On March 29 at 10:36 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop at Illinois Route 251 and Illinois Route 72. After a brief investigation, deputies arrested Roshen Howard, 44, of Rockford for driving without a valid license. Howard was released on a $2,500 individual bond with a return court date. Howard was also issued a citation for window tint.
On March 30 at approximately 6:40 a.m. deputies responded to a one-vehicle rollover accident in the 4,800 block of South Illinois Route 26. After an investigation it was determined that a silver Cadillac being driven by Kaitlyn Marschang, 21, of Polo was northbound on Illinois Route 26 when she fell asleep behind the wheel. Marschang was transported to KSB Hospital for injuries sustained and was released by medical personnel after being checked. No other persons were involved in the accident and no citations were issued.

On March 30 at 7:21 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 3,000 block of South Illinois Route 26. The driver, identified as Shireen E. Price 50, of Springfield, Illinois was arrested for driving while license suspended. Price was additionally arrested on warrants out of LaSalle County, Boone County and Dekalb County. Price was issued citations for speeding (75 miles per hour in a 55-miles per hour speed zone), expired registration and operate uninsured motor vehicle. Price was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond. Deputies were assisted on scene by the Polo Police Department.

On March 30 at approximately 8:11 p.m. deputies initiated a traffic stop at East Illinois Route 64 and Mulford Road.  Upon further investigation, deputies arrested Brittany Henry, 37, of Chicago, for no valid driver's license. Henry was released on an individual bond with a future court date given.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
