On Nov. 26 at 9:50 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Illinois Route 251 and Illinois Route 72. After a short investigation, deputies arrested Larry Carr Jr., 31, of Rockford for improper container of cannabis/driver. Carr was released on an I-Bond.

OREGON — On Nov. 26 at 9:50 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Illinois Route 251 and Illinois Route 72. After a short investigation, deputies arrested Larry Carr Jr., 31, of Rockford for improper container of cannabis/driver. Carr was released on an I-Bond.
On Nov. 26 at approximately 11:10 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 20,000 block of East Illinois Route 64. After investigation, deputies arrested Carley Willoughby-White, 21, of DeKalb for no valid driver's license. Willoughby-White was given an I-Bond with a return court date later next month and released on scene.
On Nov. 26 at 7:45 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Illinois Route 64 and Mulford Road. After a short investigation, deputies arrested Olvin Orlando Rodriquez-Vasquez, 39, of Elgin for driving without a license. Rodriquez-Vasquez was released on an I-Bond.
On Nov. 27 at 12:23 a.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 4,000 block of North Illinois Route 2. After a short investigation Deputies arrested Reyes S. Carreno, 21, of Oregon for improper container of cannabis/driver. Reyes was released on an I-Bond.
On Nov. 27 at approximately 9:17 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 88 at mile marker 78. After investigation, deputies arrested Emily Moore, 23, of Chicago, for driving while license suspended. Moore was also issued a citation for an equipment violation. Moore was transported to the Ogle County Jail where she was released to correctional staff and held in lieu of bond.
On Nov. 27 at 10:39 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 4,000 block of South Illinois Route 251. After a short investigation, deputies arrested Deion M. Commack, 26, of Rochelle for driving while license suspended. Commack was released on an I-Bond.
On Nov. 27 at approximately 7:37 p.m. deputies initiated a traffic stop in the 100 block of Main Street in Leaf River. After further investigation, Stephen R. Hiner, 40, of Polo, was placed under arrest for driving while license suspended and an Ogle County Warrant. Hiner was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
On Nov. 28 at approximately 8:01 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 2,000 block of East Illinois Route 64. After investigation, deputies arrested Aaron Johnson, 25, of Joliet, for improper container of cannabis as the driver. Johnson was also issued citations for speeding, improper lane usage, expired registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Johnson was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was released to correctional staff and held in lieu of bond.
On Nov. 28 at approximately 2:24 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 39 at mile marker 102. After investigation, Deputies placed Keandra Carter, 31, of Baxley, Georgia under arrest for driving while License suspended and possession of cannabis 100-500 grams (class 4 felony). Carter was additionally issued a citation for speeding. Carter was transported to the Ogle County Jail where she was held pending a court appearance.
