OREGON — On Nov. 7 at approximately noon, deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 17,500 block of East Illinois Route 38. After a brief investigation, deputies arrested Rafael Valencia, 23, of Rochelle, for driving while license revoked. Valencia was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Ogle County Jail. Valencia was booked and released on a notice to appear with a return court date in early December. Valencia was additionally cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and issued a written warning for no mud flaps. 

On Nov. 7 at approximately 6 p.m. deputies initiated a traffic stop in the 500 block of North 4^th Street in Oregon for expired registration. Upon further investigation deputies arrested Parker Eccles, 22, of Byron, for no valid license. Parker was released on a notice to appear with a future court date given.

On Nov. 8 at approximately 10:21 p.m. deputies initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Illinois Route 64 and Chana Road. After further investigation Teagan Andrews, 46, of Sycamore was placed under arrest for driving while license suspended and a DeKalb County warrant. Andrews was transported to the Ogle County Jail where she posted bond and was released with a notice to appear. Andrews was additionally cited for speeding.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
