On Sept. 6 deputies arrested Chemere Thomas 20, of Rockford for driving with no valid license. Thomas was arrested by deputies on Interstate 39 near Illinois Route 64 after being stopped for speeding. Thomas was held in lieu of bond at the Ogle County Jail.
