The recreation center proposed by the Flagg-Rochelle Park District would be a terrific addition to life in the Rochelle area it seems to me. It would add to our physical well-being giving all of us a convenient place to exercise and it would add to our sense of community to see and be with other area residents.

Dear Editor,
The recreation center proposed by the Flagg-Rochelle Park District would be a terrific addition to life in the Rochelle area it seems to me. It would add to our physical well-being giving all of us a convenient place to exercise and it would add to our sense of community to see and be with other area residents.
The central location proposed would make it accessible to all of us. I applaud the inclusion of an aquatic center even though that is envisioned as Phase II. A facility like this has been discussed and planned for many years and it is exciting to think that it may actually happen in the near future.
