We concerned citizens would like to thank the Ogle County Regional Planning Commission for their excellent, unanimous decision to table consideration of any and all special use permits relating to solar plants in Ogle County.
So long as the Ogle County Board has a moratorium ordinance (O-2018-0808) in force, certain individuals cannot take it upon themselves to move forward with solar projects without board approval.
