Sydnee Taylor Overton was chosen as the Rochelle Chapter DAR Good Citizen for Stillman Valley High School for exemplifying the qualities of dependability, service, leadership and patriotism through a process involving her fellow students and teachers. She was recognized on May 17, “Graduation Day,” at a local park with her family and Good Citizen Committee members of the Rochelle Chapter in attendance. She plans to attend Concordia College in preparation for a career as a pediatric occupational therapist.
