On April 12 at 10:24 p.m., Rochelle police cited Joel Buchanan, 27, of Chicago, for disobeying a stop sign. He posted a promise to comply.
On April 13 at 11:31 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Gabriel Ujcic, 18, of Rochelle, for obstructing a police officer. He posted an I-bond.
On April 13 at 6:24 p.m., Rochelle police cited Mejia Rodriguez, 37, of Rochelle, for cell phone use when not allowed, he posted an I-bond.
On April 13 at 9:04 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Courtney Nielsen, 19, of Ashton, on a Lee County warrant, improper lane use, illegal transportation of alcohol and possession of alcohol. She was transported to jail. Officers also cited Patrick Larson, 19, of Rochelle, of possession of cannabis under 10 grams, possession of alcohol and consumption of alcohol as a minor.
