Regent Laurie Perry (right) of the Rochelle Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution was pleased to present the $1,000 Illinois State Organization, NSDAR general scholarship to Zalak Patel (left). Patel was awarded one of only 10 ILDAR general scholarships that are available to students who will be attending a college or university in Illinois.
