OREGON – On a crisp, sunny day that hinted at endless autumn, preparations were underway for the holiday season soon to come.
Debbie Dickson, director of the Oregon Chamber of Commerce and Bob Sonia Vogl, directors of the Prairie Preservation Society of Ogle County, toured the Christmas tree section of Sand Ridge on S. Daysville Road looking for that one perfect tree to grace the courthouse lawn this year.

The Courthouse tree will be on display beginning with the Candlelight Walk
