ROCHELLE — The Rochelle Moose Family Center is hosting a special turkey dinner and night of Karaoke entertainment for the public on Saturday, Oct. 5 to celebrate the organization's 90th anniversary and also give area residents a glimpse at what the lodge has to offer.
The dinner will be served from 5-7 p.m. and costs $8. The meal will include turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy.
Karaoke will begin at 7 p.m. and guests are encouraged to brush up on their favorite songs.
"We are hoping to see a large crowd come out and enjoy a fun evening," said Rochelle Moose Lodge Administrator Brandt Zies. "The Rochelle lodge has been here for 90 years and not a lot of people realize that. The goal of this night is to inform people about the lodge and increase our membership."
The Rochelle Moose Lodge is located at 311 N. Main St. in downtown Rochelle. To reserve a dinner or for more information about the event please call 815-562-4286.
