ROCHELLE — Rochelle Community Hospital will be offering sports physicals on Tuesday, July 9 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Rochelle Township High School.
Any high school, middle school or Rochelle Junior Tackle athlete is invited to schedule an appointment. Also included with the physical is a free physical therapy assessment offered by MOI Rehabilitation Services staff. The cost is $35, cash or check only. No insurance will be accepted.
To make an appointment, call 815-562-2181 and dial “0.” Walk-ins are also welcome.
Parents are reminded that this physical does not meet the requirements for incoming sixth graders or freshman school physicals.
Some physicians include the sports physical as part of the school physical. Check with your doctor’s office.
