ROCHELLE – Rochelle Municipal Utilities is excited to announce the launch of its newly designed website. The new site features a clean, organized, easy-to-navigate menu for customers – both residential and business.
In early 2018, City of Rochelle staff began the process of reorganizing the menu system of the site and utilized customer feedback to highlight important areas. The new site first features the customer service tab with all forms and details on starting, stopping or moving service. Each utility rate is also included.
To encourage more customers to think green through energy efficiency incentives and recycling programs, that information is located right in the main menu of the site.

The modernized design was created with Rochelle’s diverse population in mind. A language menu is included in the site and visitors may select from a variety of languages. Whether you are viewing on a desktop, tablet or smartphone, RMU customers have access to information and resources 24/7.
