ROCHELLE — The Rochelle Police Department is investigating a home invasion incident that occurred at the 300 block of Irene Avenue in Rochelle on Saturday afternoon.
A female victim told Rochelle Police that another female had attempted to break into her apartment Saturday afternoon. The victim also told Rochelle Police that the other female allegedly threatened to stab her with a knife.
The two women allegedly had an argument amongst each other prior to the incident. The suspect did not enter the apartment and the incident remains under investigation. No injuries were reported and no arrests have been made at this time.
