On March 6 at 10 a.m., Rochelle police cited Douglas Loughend, 55, of Belvidere, for speeding. He posted a promise to comply.
On March 7 at 2:30 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Joshua Andrzewski, 26, of Rochelle, for retail theft. He posted an I-bond.
On March 8 at 10:31 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Jacob Shaw, 23, of Rochelle, for aggravated domestic battery. He was transported to jail.
On March 9 at 12:37 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Gerardo Contreras, 22, of Rochelle, on an Ogle County warrant. He was transported to jail.
On March 9 at 8:10 p.m., Rochelle police cited Charles Ellis, 25, of Franklin, for speeding. He posted a promise to comply.
