Rochelle Police Report: Jan. 13-15, 2023

On Jan. 13 at 12:23 p.m. Joshua M. Holton, 27, of Rochelle was arrested for aggravated battery, mob action and an active Ogle County warrant and transferred. In the same incident, Nathanael Molina, 33, of Rochelle was also arrested for aggravated battery and mob action and transferred.

ROCHELLE — On Jan. 13 at 12:23 p.m. Joshua M. Holton, 27, of Rochelle was arrested for aggravated battery, mob action and an active Ogle County warrant and transferred. In the same incident, Nathanael Molina, 33, of Rochelle was also arrested for aggravated battery and mob action and transferred.

On Jan. 14 at 10:41 a.m. a 17-year-old male juvenile of Rochelle was cited for speeding 50 m.p.h. in a 30-m.p.h. zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Feb. 24 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 14 at 2:35 p.m. Robert R. Gibbons, 63, of Rochelle was arrested for driving while license revoked. He was released on an I-Bond with a Feb. 24 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 14 at 3:42 p.m. Richard L. Gallagher, 39, of Oregon was arrested for no valid driver’s license. He was released on an I-Bond with a Feb. 24 Rochelle court date.

On Jan. 15 at 2:20 p.m. Maria J. Alanis, 27, of Rochelle was cited for failure to reduce speed. She was released on an I-Bond with a Feb. 24 Rochelle court date.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
