Bertaud, 28, of Rochelle was arrested for two counts of driving under the influence, driving while license suspended, no insurance, illegal transportation of alcohol, disobeying a stop sign, failure to signal and failure to notify. He was released on an I-Bond and given an Aug. 27 Rochelle court date.

On July 29 at 12:02 p.m. Vanessa Avolio, 18, of Rochelle was cited for disobeying a stop sign. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 10 Rochelle court date.
On July 29 at 6:42 p.m. Joanna Casas, 40, of LaSalle was cited for speeding 40 m.p.h. in a 35 m.p.h. zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Sept. 10.
