On June 9 at 2:27 p.m. Jorge L. Sanchez, 25, of DeKalb was cited for speeding. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of July 9.
On June 10 at 9:48 a.m. a 17-year-old juvenile of Rochelle was cited for no insurance-operating an uninsured vehicle. He signed a promisre to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Aug. 13.
