ROCHELLE — On March 10 at 8:28 a.m. Kimberly D. Crisp, 57, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred.

On March 11 at 11:51 a.m. Katar Singh, 23, of Seaford, New York was cited for improper lane usage. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 14 Rochelle court date.

On March 12 at 4:55 p.m. Debra M. Saenz, 52, of Rochelle was cited for failure to reduce speed. She signed a promise to comply and was given an April 14 Rochelle court date.

On March 13 at 6:49 p.m. Ralph L. Bruns, 84, of Ashton was cited for improper lane usage. He was released on an I-Bond with an April 14 Rochelle court date.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
