ROCHELLE — On March 26 at 10:39 a.m. Justin M. Burright, 35, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding warrant in Ogle County and an outstanding warrant in DeKalb County and transferred.

On March 27 at 10:35 p.m. Bakari A. Steele, 28, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Kankakee County warrant and transferred.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
