ROCHELLE — On March 28 at 9:50 a.m. Brianna J. Stephenson, 28, of Rochelle was arrested for an outstanding DeKalb County warrant and for resisting and trespassing and transferred.

On March 29 at 8:53 a.m. Rebecca N. Watson, 22, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 60 miles per hour in a 40-miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given an April 28 Rochelle court date.

On March 29 at 9:39 p.m. Chol Deng M. Atem, 26, of Rockford was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 28 Rochelle court date.

On March 29 at 9:54 p.m. a 16-year-old male juvenile of Rochelle was cited for speeding 68 miles per hour in a 40-miles per hour zone. He was given a notice to appear and an April 28 Rochelle court date.

On March 29 at 10:36 p.m. Brayan Anguiano-Mosqueda, 18, Rochelle was cited for speeding 65 miles per hour in a 40-miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a April 28 Rochelle court date.

On March 29 at 2:43 p.m. Thomasa Lopez, 78, of Rochelle was cited for failure to reduce speed. She signed a promise to comply and was given an April 28 Rochelle court date.

On March 30 at 11:24 p.m. Nicholas P. Person, 35, of Rochelle was cited for no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 28 Rochelle court date.

On March 31 at 1:44 a.m. Ivan K. Price, 18, of Rochelle was cited for no valid insurance. He was given a notice to appear and an April 28 Rochelle court date.
