ROCHELLE — On March 4 at 10:05 a.m. Martin Lopez, 44, of Rochelle was cited for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 14 Rochelle court date.

On March 4 at 3:23 p.m. Juan D. Rodriguez, 46, of Rochelle was cited for failure to yield. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 14 Rochelle court date.

On March 6 at 12:17 p.m. Zachary J. Doty, 27, of Rochelle was arrested for an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred. Doty was also arrested for driving while license suspended and was issued an I-Bond and a March 14 Rochelle court date.

On March 6 at midnight Liliana E. Lopez, 20, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 67 miles per hour in a 45 miles per hour zone. She singed a promise to comply and was given a March 14 Rochelle court date.

On March 7 at 1:35 a.m. Quentin M. George, 30, of Rockford was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. He signed a promise to comply and was given an April 14 Rochelle court date.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
