ROCHELLE — On May 17 at 4:28 a.m. Gloribel Turcios, 46, of Rochelle was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She signed a promise to comply and was given a June 16 Rochelle court date.

On May 17 at 2:06 p.m. Anthony D. Clark, 58, of Rochelle was cited for improper lane usage. He signed a promise to comply and was given a June 23 Rochelle court date.

On May 17 at 7:59 p.m. Travis Adams, 39, of Rochelle was arrested on three outstanding Ogle County warrants and transferred.

On May 18 at 8:04 p.m. Christina Pelayo, 45, of Rochelle was arrested for criminal trespassing and transferred.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
