ROCHELLE — On May 9 at 2:47 p.m. Laura Garcia-Salinas, 27, of Rochelle was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. She signed a promise to comply and was given a June 2 Rochelle court date.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
