ROCHELLE — On Nov. 1 at 4:59 a.m. David M. Knight, 57, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred.

On Nov. 3 at 2:57 a.m. Justin C. Garcia, 24, of Rochelle was arrested for driving while license suspended and cited for speeding. He was given a notice to appear and a Dec. 8 Rochelle court date.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
