ROCHELLE — On Nov. 11 at 10:25 p.m. Armando Guzman, 35, of Hanover Park was arrested for driving under the influence and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. He was released on an I-Bond with a Dec. 16 Rochelle court date.

On Nov. 12 at 4:17 p.m. Curtis F. Anderson, 75, of Rock Island was arrested for driving under the influence and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was released on an I-Bond with a Dec. 16 Rochelle court date.

On Nov. 12 at 5:10 p.m. Gary Williams, 79, of Rochelle was cited for failure to yield turning left. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 16 Rochelle court date.

On Nov. 14 at 3:20 p.m. Jamie L. Fletcher, 44, of Rochelle was cited for failure to yield turning left. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 16 Rochelle court date.

On Nov. 14 at 4:51 p.m. Adam R. Espitia, 41, of Rochelle was arrested for driving while license suspended and cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a vehicle with suspended registration and transferred.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
