On Nov. 14 at 8:38 a.m. Mitchell D. Baker, 30, of Rochelle was cited for a Scott’s Law violation. He signed a notice to comply and was given a Dec. 8 Rochelle court date.

On Nov. 14 at 11:15 p.m. Brandon S. Bergman, 35, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding DeKalb County warrant and transferred.

On Nov. 14 at 8:33 a.m. Felix D. Sanchez, 60, of Rochelle was cited for improper lane usage. He signed a notice to comply and was given a Dec. 8 Rochelle court date.

On Nov. 15 at 11:29 a.m. Tina Marie Clements, 31, of Oregon was cited for no insurance. She signed a notice to comply and was given a Dec. 8 Rochelle court date.

On Nov. 15 at 11:48 a.m. Roman M. Milan, 18, of was cited for no insurance. She signed a notice to comply and was given a Dec. 8 Rochelle court date.

On Nov. 15 at 1:30 p.m. William J. Osborne, 47, of Cherry Valley was cited for no insurance. He signed a notice to comply and was given a Dec. 8 Rochelle court date.

On Nov. 15 at 9:59 p.m. Juan D. Rodriguez, 46, of Rochelle was arrested on outstanding Ogle County warrants for driving while license suspended and failure to appear for a traffic citation and transferred.

On Nov. 16 at 2:54 a.m. Kimberly A. McIntyre, 30 of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear for a driving under the influence charge and transferred.

On Nov. 16 at 8:04 a.m. Damien H. Simms, 24, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Lee County warrant. He paid $100 and was released with a Dec. 7 Lee County court date.
