ROCHELLE — On Nov. 5 at 8:43 p.m. Brandon McPherson, 24, of Rochelle was arrested for domestic battery and transferred.

On Nov. 5 at 2:33 p.m. Thomas M. Robertson, 23, of Janesville was cited for no valid registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 16 Rochelle court date.

On Nov. 6 at 1:07 p.m. Blanca E. Silva, 53, of Rochelle was cited for operating a vehicle with expired registration. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 16 Rochelle court date.

On Nov. 6 a 10:42 p.m. Daniel Garcia, 33, of Rochelle was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Dec. 16 Rochelle court date.

On Nov. 7 at 11:10 a.m. Jason L. Guzman, 29 of Rochelle was arrested for domestic battery, fleeing to elude and cited for disobeying a traffic control device and transferred. A 12:34 p.m. incident the same day also lists that Guzman was arrested on two outstanding Racine County (Wisconsin) warrants and transferred.

On Nov. 8 at 12:08 a.m. Deion Commack, 26, of Rochelle was arrested on two counts of retail theft and an Ogle County failure to appear warrant for resisting.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
