ROCHELLE — On Nov. 8 at 11:14 a.m. Cassandra A. West, 27, of Rochelle was arrested for driving while license suspended. She was released on a notice to comply and respond with a Dec. 8 Rochelle court date.

On Nov. 9 at 1:30 p.m. two male 15 year-old juveniles of Rochelle were arrested for public fighting.

On Nov. 10 at 2:46 a.m. Stevie R. Bozarth, 32, of Rochelle was arrested for domestic battery and transferred.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
