ROCHELLE — On Oct. 12 at 4:29 a.m. Joseph Stallone, 60, of Rochelle was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released on an I-Bond and given a Rochelle court date of Nov. 19.
On Oct. 15 at 10:06 p.m. Cecelia Seier, 24, of Rochelle was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and improper use of an electronic communication device. She was released on an I-Bond and given a Rochelle court date of Nov. 19.
On Oct. 16 at 1:11 p.m. Dina Y. Ahmetspahic, 30, of Chicago was cited for speeding 51 m.p.h. in a 30 m.p.h. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Rochelle court date of Nov. 19.
On Oct. 18 at 4:23 p.m. Justin N. Balaban, 28, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding DeKalb County warrant and for obstruction and transferred.
