ROCHELLE — On Oct. 28 at 2:05 a.m. Dennis H. Thompson, 71, of Rochelle was arrested for two counts of driving under the influence and cited for no lights when required. He was released on a notice to appear with a Nov. 17 Rochelle court date.

On Oct. 29 at 1:07 p.m. Jacob F. Luther, 31, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant. He paid $376 and was released.

On Oct. 30 at 2:05 p.m. Joan S. McKnight, 88, of Rochelle was cited for failure to yield turning left. She signed a notice to appear and was given a Nov. 17 Rochelle court date.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
