ROCHELLE — On Sept. 15 at 8:21 a.m. Edwardo Villalobos, 60, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 33 miles per hour in a 20-miles per hour school zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 6 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 15 at 10:09 a.m. Dakota S. Ryun, 29, of no fixed address was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred.

On Sept. 17 at 7:33 a.m. Ryan F. Taylor, 22, of Rochelle was arrested for aggravated domestic battery and transferred.

On Sept. 17 at 7:46 p.m. Alberto Ruiz Rocha, 27, of Belvidere was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 20 Rochelle court date.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
