ROCHELLE — On Sept. 16 at 3:05 a.m. Daniel M. Hansen, 28, of Rockford was arrested for driving while license suspended and cited for driving an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released on an I-Bond and given an Oct. 21 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 16 at 5:22 a.m. Aaron P. Brown, 30, of DeKalb was cited for Scott’s Law violation. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 21 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 16 at 5:13 a.m. Travis J. Avesing, 29, of Rockford was arrested for no valid driver’s license. He was released on an I-Bond and given an Oct. 7 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 16 at 10:20 a.m. Mario R. Pineda, 28, of Rochelle was arrested on an Ogle County warrant. He paid $401 and was released with no return court date.

On Sept. 16 at 5:43 p.m. Bradley T. Nicolai, 45, of Mt. Morris was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear (domestic battery). He paid $464 with no return court date listed.

On Sept. 18 at 7:48 a.m. Josh A. Slane, 19, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 60 m.p.h. in a 30-m.p.h. zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 21 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 18 at 8:21 a.m. Armando D. Alamillo, 19, of Rockford was cited for speeding 57 m.p.h. in a 30-m.p.h. zone. He was released on an I-Bond with no return court date listed.

On Sept. 20 at 1:54 a.m. George A. Austin, 54, of Davenport, Iowa was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and transferred.

On Sept. 19 at 6:42 p.m. a 16-year-old juvenile female of Big Rock was cited for Improper overtaking on left. She signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 21 Rochelle court date.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
