ROCHELLE — On Sept. 5 at 7:59 a.m. Alfredo Bazan Reyes, 19, of Rochelle was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He signed a promise to comply and was given an Oct. 6 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 5 at 7:59 a.m. Jose A. Martinez-Barron, 35, of Rochelle was arrested for no valid driver’s license. He was released on an I-Bond with an Oct. 6 Rochelle court date.

On Sept. 6 at 4:46 p.m. Juan Rodriguez, 45, of Rochelle was cited for suspended registration. He was released on an I-Bond with an Oct. 6 Rochelle court date.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
