ROCHELLE — Betsy Roinas is celebrating her 80th birthday in June. She is wife, mother, grandma, grammy, sister (in-law), aunt, cousin, friend, neighbor, laundry expert and Mrs. Hospitality.
She is well known for her dump spaghetti, potato salad, kumla and Betsy’s buns.
Betsy’s strong faith is at her core and reflected in years of Bible study and service at church and her love of gospel music, especially by Gaither Homecoming artists. Her fierce love of family and friends has been a constant foundation.
Friends and family may shower Betsy with cards (and maybe a favorite story) at 906 North 11th Street, Rochelle, IL 61068.
