RANCHO BERNARDO, California — Ronald (Ron) Boltman passed away in Rancho Bernardo, California, on July 13.
He was born in Crookston, Minnesota, on Aug. 10, 1926, and is preceded in death by his beloved wife Beryl.
Ron farmed, then owned and operated Boltman Asparagus Company with his father, Wilmer (Shorty) Boltman, for many years. He then moved to Barrington, Illinois, to practice real estate sales and later retire.
He and Beryl moved and lived part time in Reno, Nevada, near his son, Craig, and his family, and also spent time in California.
He leaves his daughter, Linda Boltman of Seattle, Washington, Craig Boltman of Reno, and Sandy Hammack, also of Seattle; six grandchildren; and two great-granddaughters.
Ron will be buried at Woodlawn Cemetery in Creston with his wife, Beryl.
