On Tuesday, representatives from the Rochelle Rotary Club made a donation to the Rochelle Elementary District 231 dual language program. The $3,000 donation will be used mostly to purchase Spanish books for the middle school library. Pictured left to right are district librarian Eric Welles, middle school librarian Sue Golden, Rotarian Sarah Flanagan and Rotary President Greg Folmar.
Golden showed the area of the library where the Spanish books are currently located. She hopes to get approximately three more shelves of books with the donation funds.
