Rochelle Rotary Club members welcomed District Governor Elect Steve Kuhn to a recent meeting to join in the dedication of a marker at Skare Park. Funds from Rotary districts 6420, 6440 and 6450 were raised to help replant trees destroyed by the April 9 tornado. Members of the Rotary Club gathered with Flagg-Rochelle Community Park District officials and board members to remember the event. In addition to trees purchased with Rotary funds, Hidden Timber Gardens of Chana donated additional trees to help the park heal.
