• St. John’s Lutheran Church, 126 South Street, Creston, will host its 21st annual kumla/ham dinner. Seating times are at noon, 4:30 p.m., 6 p.m. and carryouts are available from noon to 6:30 p.m. Prices are $14 for adults, $6 ages 12 and under. There will also be a Norwegian homemade cookie bake sale. Reserve tickets by calling Dorothy at 815-384-5325, the church at 815-384-3720, or from any church member. Please call ahead to check if walk-in tickets are available.
