ASHTON — Scott A. Morey, 55, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018 in Rockford. Scott was born on Feb. 27, 1962 to Rodney and Carol (Irish) Morey in Winona, Minn.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and the great outdoors. In addition to his love of motorcycles, Scott had a special love for wolves and all wild animals.
Scott is survived by his parents, Rodney and Carol of Ashton; two sisters, Patricia (Rodney) Frye of Ashton, and Sharon (Larry) Balk of Olathe, Kan.; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be a private service at a later date. Burial will be in the Ashton Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Scott’s memory to Amberwood Care Center or First Baptist Church.
