OREGON – Members of American Legion Post 403 from Rochelle visited Serenity Hospice and Home recently for a tour and to make a generous donation.
“What a beautiful facility and it’s so much bigger than I thought,” said Steven Korth, Commander.
Serenity Hospice is a not-for-profit hospice that serves a nine-county region in Northern Illinois. The community is invited to visit its in-patient facility located in Oregon along with their new administrative offices at an Open House on April 26 from 3-7 p.m. People will be able to tour Serenity’s new Bariatric Room and administrative offices and also learn about their Complementary Therapies and other services.
For more information about Serenity Hospice or if you think you have a loved one that could benefit from Serenity’s resources, please phone 815-732-2499 or visit our website at www.serenityhospiceandhome.org.
