OREGON – For the sixth year in a row, Serenity Hospice and Home has received zero deficiencies on their annual survey conducted by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
“We are very pleased by the results of the recent survey,” said Executive Director Lynn Knodle. “We take great pride in offering the best in hospice care to our patients and their families. It’s always nice to have the state surveyors agree that we do offer exceptional care.”
