OREGON – Serenity Hospice and Home, a not-for-profit hospice serving nine counties in northern Illinois, has been blessed in many ways during the past year and they would like to share these accomplishments and blessings with the community.
On Wednesday, April 26 from 3-7 p.m., he Serenity Home, located at 1658 S. IL Route 2 in Oregon, will be open to the public. People can tour the home and the new administrative offices along with the new Bariatric Room. The open house will also include exhibits on the many ways that Serenity serves the community and their families such as the We Honor Veteran’s Program, Complementary Therapies and the new prestigious Joint Accreditation recently earned by the facility. The Open House is also a celebration of Serenity’s valued Volunteers.
Hors d’oeuvres will be served and music will be provided throughout the evening by Aireloom Music Studios located in Mount Morris.
