OREGON – Serenity Hospice is proud to announce that they are sponsoring a new Yoga for Grief class.
“Yoga has often been used to help with grief,” said Bereavement Coordinator Cathy Warren. “It helps connect the healing of the body, the mind and the spirit.”
Learn to move through and beyond grief with a yoga practice that opens both your heart and mind, offers strength and comfort in the present, and prepares you for the future. This special 4-week class will be offered at the Presbyterian Church (200 S. Fifth St.) in Oregon on Tuesday evenings beginning at 5:30 p.m. The first class is June 5. The cost is only $10 per class.
