Several arrested on unlawful consumption charges


On Aug. 31, Ogle County deputies investigated a loud noise/party complaint at 7985 S. Green Street in Grand Detour. As a result of the investigation the following individuals were arrested for unlawful consumption of alcohol: Harley H. Sharboneau, 19, of Dixon, 19, Kira L. Finfrock, 18, of Shannon, Owen M. Bergstron, 19, of Dixon, Dakota M.K. McGuire, 19, of Dixon, William D. Grim, 20, of Dixon, Dalton H. Adcock, 20, of Dixon, Jakiah J. Williams, 19, of Dixon, as well as two juvenile females and one juvenile male.
On Aug. 31 at 10:20 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop at N. Walnut Ave. and Magnolia St. in Forreston. After further investigation deputies arrested Jonas J. Haugen, 20, for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor. Haugen was also issued a citation for improper traffic lane usage. Haugen was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was released on a I-Bond.
Sept. 1
On Sept. 1 at approximately 6 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 6000 block of N. IL Route 251. After investigation, deputies arrested Breaona Pline, 21, of Rockford, for possession of a controlled substance. Pline was transported to the Ogle County Jail where she was released to correctional staff and held in lieu of bond.
On Sept. 1 at 6:30 a.m. the Ogle County Sherriff’s office conducted a motorist assist on I-39 mile marker 108. After a brief investigation deputies arrested Jose Chigo-Temich, 21, of Naperville, for driving without a valid license. He was then transported to Ogle County Jail and lieu of bond.
Sept. 2
On Sept. 2 at 11:46 p.m., following a traffic stop at IL Route 251 and IL Route 64, deputies arrested Candye Henry, 58, of Oregon, for DUI. Henry was transported to the Ogle County Jail where she was held in lieu of bond.
Sept. 3
On Sept. 3 at approximately 12:35 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of N. IL Route 251 and E. Mowers Rd. After further investigation, deputies arrested Jamie C. Donovan for driving while license suspended and having a valid Lee County warrant. Donovan was also issued citations for an inoperable rear registration light and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Donovan was transported to the Ogle County Jail where she was released to correctional staff and held in lieu of bond.
On Sept. 3 at 8:28 p.m., deputies responded to a one vehicle crash in the 3000 block of N. IL Route 2. After a short investigation deputies arrested Nancy Roos, 62, of Oregon, for DUI drugs, possession of a controlled substance, brining contraband into a jail, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Roos was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond. Deputies were assisted on scene by Oregon Ambulance, Mt. Morris Ambulance and Oregon Police.
